If you’ve found your way here, chances are your heart is carrying something heavy. You may be walking beside someone you love who is nearing the end of their life, or you may be trying to hold everything together for your family while quietly wondering how to make peace with what’s coming. Wherever you are on that path, please know this: you are not alone.
Who We Are
No Unfinished Business exists to help people become emotionally complete with their loved ones before they pass away. We believe grief doesn’t just begin with death—it begins with the unspoken, the avoided, and the unfinished. Our mission is to help you step into those moments with clarity, honesty, and compassion, so you can face what’s real while there’s still time. This work is not therapy. It’s heart work. Legacy work. Soul-level preparation.
What to Expect Here
On this site you’ll find resources, stories, and reflections to guide you through the process of becoming whole with the person you love. We offer:
1-on-1 Coaching to help you process emotions, say what needs to be said, and find peace.
POD Family Sessions to bring families together in honesty, unity, and love.
Business Coaching for organizations facing the loss of a founder, leader, or team member.
Workshops & Events online, offering space to learn and connect.
Future Retreats (coming in 2027) for immersive, healing experiences.
We’ll also be sharing reflections in this blog—on equanimity, forgiveness, family dynamics, and the small, everyday practices that help you stay grounded when life feels overwhelming.
A Gentle Invitation
You don’t need to have all the answers right now. You don’t need to be emotionally “ready.” You only need to be willing to take one small step—whether that’s reading a story here, having a conversation with your family, or booking a discovery call to learn more.
Our hope is that No Unfinished Business becomes a space where you feel seen, supported, and reminded that you don’t have to do this alone.
