Stanley
I didn’t learn this work in a textbook, I lived it.
When my mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and dementia, I spent five years doing the emotional work to make sure nothing was left unsaid before she passed. That experience changed me and now I help others do the same.
My coaching blends lived experience, an a deep understanding of human behavior, self-mastery, and deep values based leadership. I believe in service, truth, and who you are in the face of things is what matters most.

Our Vision
No Unfinished Business is a sanctuary for support during one of life’s hardest transitions. We exist to help people walk through the emotional complexity of losing someone they love with intention, courage, and compassion.
We empower individuals and families to reclaim their energy, find clarity, and become the version of themselves they want to be in the face of death, not just for their loved one, but for their own legacy.
This work isn’t about fixing the pain, it’s about making space for it, understanding it, and using it to complete the relationship while there’s still time. We believe when someone passes, what matters most is knowing you showed up, did the best you could, loved honestly, and left nothing unfinished.
Through values-led coaching and leadership, we help people let go of what no longer serves, so they can grieve from a place of strength, not regret.
FAQ's
What exactly is No Unfinished Business?
We are a grief and bereavement coaching practice that supports individuals, families, and businesses before someone passes away. Our mission is to help you become emotionally complete with your loved one so you can move through loss with less regret, shame, or unresolved pain.
Who is this for?
Anyone who knows someone they love is nearing the end of life. Whether you’re a family member, close friend, or part of a business impacted by the impending loss of a key person—this space is for you.
How is this different from therapy?
We’re not therapists. This is values-based coaching and emotional preparation. It’s focused on helping you take responsibility for your experience, communicate what matters, and prepare yourself mentally and emotionally before someone transitions.
What do you mean by “becoming emotionally complete”?
It means saying what needs to be said, finding peace with what’s happened, letting go of resentment, and being present as your loved one nears the end of life.
When is the right time to start?
The moment you realize that someone you care about is declining or approaching their final stage is the time to begin. The longer you wait, the harder and more urgent this work becomes.
What does a 1-on-1 coaching engagement look like?
We meet four times a month for 1 to 1.5 hours via Zoom or in-person. Clients sign a one-year coaching agreement because this work is deep, layered, and unfolds over time.
What happens in a POD family session?
We work with your family or group to address resistance, clear the air, understand how everyone is coping, and create a shared vision for moving forward—both emotionally and practically.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We support hospice organizations, funeral homes, and family-owned businesses experiencing disruption due to the anticipated loss of a key person or founder. We help these teams prepare internally and structurally.
Do you offer in-person sessions or retreats?
Currently, all coaching sessions take place on Zoom, with occasional in-person sessions. Retreats are planned to begin in 2027.
Do I need to live in the U.S. to work with you?
No. As long as you have Zoom, a willingness to do the work, and can pay your invoice, you can be anywhere in the world.
What do you expect from your clients?
We expect honesty, commitment, and openness. Our clients must be willing to feel what’s uncomfortable, take responsibility for their experience, and show up ready to do the work—even when it’s hard.
Can I sign up for just one month or a few sessions?
Not at this time. All 1-on-1 coaching engagements require a one-year agreement. This journey isn’t quick or surface-level—it’s meant to create lasting peace and emotional closure.
Do you offer any resources for kids or teens?
Yes, we are developing gentle, age-appropriate resources to help children and teens understand and process the concept of death. These will be available soon.
